Import Duties, Taxes, and Regulatory Compliance 

Import duties, customs fees, and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer in their respective country. Each country has different tax regulations, and buyers are expected to be aware of their local import policies.

 By purchasing, you acknowledge the following:

  1. Duty & Tax Responsibility: You are responsible for all customs duties, brokerage fees, and local taxes. These are not included in our shipping rates.

  2. Action Required: The shipping carrier may contact you via email or phone for required documentation. Prompt response is mandatory to avoid delivery failure.

  3. Seller Information: If the carrier requires documentation from us (the seller), you must notify us immediately at dopeamineindustries@gmail.com

  4. Storage & Handling Fees: Failure to respond to carrier inquiries or provide requested information in a timely manner may result in the carrier charging daily storage or additional handling fees. These fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

  5. Abandoned Shipments: If a package is returned or abandoned due to unpaid customs fees, failure to provide documentation, or unpaid storage fees, the buyer is responsible for all original and return shipping costs, as well as any fees incurred.

International Communication & Accuracy of Information To ensure successful delivery of your custom timepiece, please adhere to the following:

  1. Accurate Contact Data: Buyers must provide a valid, monitored email address and a working phone number at checkout. This information is used by customs officials and couriers to arrange delivery and tax payments.

  2. Mandatory Responsiveness: If you are contacted by the courier regarding your shipment, a prompt response is required. We are not responsible for delivery failures resulting from a buyer's failure to check their email (including spam folders) or answer phone inquiries.

  3. Storage & Handling Penalties: Failure to respond to carrier inquiries within the carrier's allotted timeframe often triggers daily storage fees or administrative handling charges. These fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

  4. Failure to Comply: If a package is returned, destroyed, or abandoned by the carrier because the buyer was unreachable or failed to provide requested documentation, no refund will be issued for shipping costs, and a restocking fee may apply to the custom watch.

Unboxing Video Requirement
Buyers are required to record a clear unboxing video when receiving their order. This serves as proof in case the item arrives damaged, incomplete, or with any issues, and is necessary to file a claim with the seller.

Reporting Issues & Claims
If there is an error on the seller’s side (such as damaged or missing items), the buyer must inform the seller promptly. Solutions will be provided after verification, and buyers may contact us via Email, WhatsApp, or Instagram DM for faster response.

Water Resistant
As the customization requires the watch to be opened, there is a risk that the original water resistance will be compromised or entirely lost upon reassembly. Therefore, we highly recommend avoiding all exposure to water (e.g., swimming, showering) with your custom Casio watch.
